The idea for Let's Connect ATX was born from a simple truth: making friends as an adult is hard, especially in a city as transient as Austin.

What began as a small group chat quickly revealed something powerful: people from completely different cultural backgrounds, industries, and life stages all shared the same need for genuine community. There were no agendas, no sales pitches, no cliques. Just real people showing up to bowling nights, brunch hangouts, and outdoor adventures, hoping to find connection. Over time, those casual meetups transformed strangers into friends and proved that authentic friendship doesn't require perfection. It just requires showing up.
